Videos

I'm new to working with videos. These have a ".mov" format, if that is of use to you.

Tube Rolling 1 of 2

This video explains the process of tube rolling. The bender is a simple item from a shop going out of business. I made some modifications (of course) to add rigidity to the machine.

Material:

Stainless Steel, Type 321, .75"OD x .040" wall thickness

Tube Rolling 2 of 2

This video provides a different perspective. I go into a bit more detail on the function of the machine while degreasing the radius of curvature on the tubing. The dies used were made out of 6061 Al on the 1941 Logan lathe at rear. I made an (adjustable) tool allowing me to cut concave radiuses.

Material is same as above.
